At LEVITATION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience remains seamless and worry-free from start to finish.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
